June 20th, 2007 | | See My Wife Naked!!Ok, not really… yeah ok it was… maybe. I took Toni to work so I could run some errands, first stop was the video game store where a USED game was $54 and the NEW game was $59…. Mmmmm kay… The stupid game has been out over a year and a half and I know it was under $40 the last time I was there, so WTF over? Anyway, no way I’m spending $60 on a game… at least not today. Then I took her truck in to get the oil changed and I took my laptop with me so I could surf the net… it took less then 10 mins from the point I sat down to when I had to get up and pay, now had I left my laptop at home I would have been there an hour. I come home and start dicking with some video software I just bought. I bought it 8 days ago that said it was being shipped via UPS and since I didn’t get a link to download it, I waited 6 days before I asked where it was and THEN they sent me a link to download it… so we got off to a rocky start. I then tried to get this shit to work and after a few hours realized I had no clue what I was trying to do so I go to the site and click “support”… dead link… so I click “manual”… dead link. Ok, so I write to the email I was given and after about 5 emails I find out I got the wrong software for what I wanted to do… *BUT* I need this software to complete what I want to do…. Mmmm kay…. Funny how it didn’t say that on the “site” which looked like it was done in 1996. (And yet, I still bought from it?) So a few more emails and hours wasted dicking around with it, I still got no where at all, a total POS if I ever saw worthless crap. So I tried a different pc to confirm it is the software and not the machine and same thing… shit. Refund… So I talk to a friend and he used a different search term then I did in Google and found a MUCH cheaper and MUCH better software that WORKS! So I have been toying with this all day, so much easier to use and pretty simple, turn it on, press start, boom, working. Then I start to try and get my summer plans more “official” and make sure I have everything I need, like a rental car for 10 days, I look at my reservation and see I somehow fucked up and got it for 1 day…. So I redo the reservations and again… 1 day… so I watch what happens when I redid it a 3rd time and see it was Hertz fucking it up an not me…. FUCKERS! Got it right this time and decided it’s time to buy my plane ticket and once again I get a red eye back home, but this time I got flying into MLB and not MCO which was only a $8 difference. I’d pay $100 for that I sooooo HATE MCO! Ok, Car is ready, flight is ready, time to confirm the big moving truck and I see I once again, got it on the wrong date…well, not really wrong, I just want it a day sooner now, so I try to edit my reservation and I cant edit it, so I redo it and move the pickup date from Friday to Thursday…. In no way in fuck did I expect that picking it up on Thursday over a Friday would *SAVE* me $596…. Fuck me…. For the exact same shit too. So *THIS* made my day. Yes… I am easy. I also found a closer place to pick it up as well and only 2 miles from here so I run over there to take a look at what they had and I must say, it looks MUCH larger then the last one I got and nicer as well. I talked to the owner for a while and then came home to realize I need to ask a very important question, like does it have a power outlet inside the cab. I call and of course they closed 2 mins after I left, so I call the national # and they tell me I have to request it, so I get to call the local office tomorrow. If I don’t get a power outlet I am soooooo screwed… I will have to turn the GPS on/off all day just so I have power as I drive 18 hours…. I also got a new GPS this week, the “Magellan Roadmate 2200T” and so far I think it is much nicer then the last one I had to send back that didn’t get a GPS signal in cities, still only one way to really test it and that is a road trip so we are looking into a few different options on where we can test this just so we know what to expect when it comes time to need it. Never fails… Pool just got cleaned 1 hour ago…. Huge downpour outside now, but at least I can turn off the AC and enjoy the fresh smell of rain.

Indiana football coach Terry Hoeppner has died at 59

The Indianapolis Star and Herald Times in Bloomington, Ind., reported that Hoepper, 59, died Tuesday morning. The school announced last week that assistant Bill Lynch would replace Hoeppner for the 2007 season while Hoeppner underwent treatments. Lynch, who is offensive coordinator and assistant head coach, filled in for Hoeppner during his absences. Hoeppner, who was 48-25 in six years at Miami, was hired by Indiana after the 2004 season and posted a 9-14 record with the Hoosiers. In December, Hoeppner signed a two-year contract extension through June 2011. ________________________________ This is just sad, Hoeppner was a outstanding coach and I was VERY worried he would turn IU football into a power, he was VERY close to doing that with the limited talent he had and give more time, I think I would have been stressing the “Ole Oaken Bucket” games vs Purdue. He did an amazing job at Miami of Ohio and it was just a matter of time he took the Hoosiers to a bowl, like I expected this year. We lost two Big Ten coaches in one year’s time, both very talented and on the brink of big things, I miss football.
“Sensational” Sherri Martel dies at 49

She was the AWA Women’s Champion before her stints as a manager in the WWF and WCW. Long fulfilling day
June 11th, 2007 | | See My Wife Naked!!I got a lot done today, which is surprising. I cleaned the pool, added some chlorine and shock treatment due to the high algae count we have due to all the rain and not enough care during the past week. So I cleaned it out 2 times and cleaned the filter 3 times, and it is almost clear again, for sure it will be by Tuesday. Then I swam/floated around for 30 or 45 mins, and of course I can now feel it all over my face and ass. Then I made some video clips for our Rude pages that I have been wanting to do for 3-4 months. I updated my site with some pics of me and some girls I have been with, so if you feel like being a perv, do so here… http://www.rude.com/Torn_Rose And I made a killer lunch; we got some shish kabobs from Omaha that just tasted good. And for dinner we had Omaha steak and long rice. Can you tell I need to go to the grocery store and get more dinner items? Been craving some grilled brats, we get to run to the store and grab them, some buns and beer. The beer is for cooking, I don’t drink that crap. I first boil the brats in beer then throw them on a searing hot grill and add bun, some mustard and raw onions and BAM! I’m happy! Yeah, my face is burned… I feel it. Right now I am watching the Spurs murder the Cavs, down 21 with 7:20 in the 3rd… sigh. Tomorrow after our errands I need to pack for the big move and then edit some video, if I was smart I would edit the video now and pack while it rendered… but, well…. We also spent some time over in Tampa, there was a small but very worth while convention going on there. The normal crowd that we see at all the shows we have been to, wasn’t there, so this was different. We had fun though, not sure why we came the day we did, I miscalculated something somewhere, but we made the most of it. I tried to call my friend who is also from Indiana while there, she moved to Tampa a year before we moved down and I last saw her almost 2 years ago, we use to work together and oddly enough, she was forced to fire me. Long funny story, I’ll share it one day. Anyway, Toni and I have made MANY attempts to contact her and have received 2 or 3 replies and they are all one line emails etc, so no idea what or why this is what it is, but I’ve decided if we don’t hear from her before we move, I will delete her contact information and wish her the best in life. Sad, but what can we do, I am pretty old to have a “one way relationship”. We had a lot of good times, and some down right great ones, and a few bad ones, and it has been a friendship that has lasted over 12 years and I can count those on 1 hand. We also got a huge bonus last week, I wanted to buy a home gym for a long time, and there was this one model that I saw every time I went to see Toni where she use to work, so after 6 months of hard thinking, I went to buy it… discontinued model. So I grab the one they replaced it with and was NEVER happy with it and regretted it the day I got it. But I did try to make the best of it, but once we moved to Florida we didn’t have the room in the house and there is no way we could ues it in the garage, just too hot. So for most of the last 3 years it has set in a garage disassembled. I have wanted to but it on craigslist forever and 2 weeks ago I finally thought of it when I could do it, so I put it up on craigslist and hoped for the best. Wednesday we was getting ready to go to Tampa when Toni decided she wanted to go to the bank first, so I checked my email and there was a response, so I called this guy and he came and got it and paid the $200 I was asking for, so this was just great news for us, one last space taker and bullshit I have to move. When we get to Portland we plan to find a gym and get a regular morning routine with the rule that no computer will be touched in the mornings until we go to the gym first. We shall see.
